1. Heard Ms. N Danggeng, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. T Ete, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Mr. K Lollen appearing for respondent No. 2. This petition is filed under Section 528 of the BNSS 2023 by which the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the First Information Report, being FIR No. 60/2024 registered under Section
61(2)/131/308(2)/127(8)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS , 2023.
