Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties at some length.
Mr. P. Sarma, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents Assam Mineral Development Corporation, who had issued the communication impugned in the present proceedings, has submitted that he shall place before this Court, on the next date of listing, the written instructions received from the competent authority of the Corporation with regard to the intent behind the issuance of the said communication.
In view of the above, Registry to list all these matters again on 5th of August, 2025, for further hearing.
