Date : 25.11.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the instant case record reveals that the earlier Lawazima Court vide its order dated 17.10.2025 had directed the petitioner to obtain necessary instructions regarding the proper and complete address of respondent No. 4, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said order.

Thereafter, when the instant matter was listed again before the Lawazima Court on

03.11.2025, the said Lawazima Court was pleased to allow the petitioner further 7(seven)

days time to comply with the Lawazima Court’s order dated 17.10.2025.

However, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner before the Lawazima Court today to make submission regarding the address of the aforementioned respondent No. 4, despite being repeatedly directed to that effect.

In view of the observations made above, it may be discerned that the petitioner may not be interested to pursue the case. As such, the matter is laid before the Hon’ble Court.
