Date : 24.11.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

Learned counsels Ms. P. Sarma appears on behalf of the petitioner. Heard.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the office notes dated 15.10.2025 & 20.11.2025 reveals that notice was issued to the respondent No. 6 by way of registered post with A/D on 10.09.2025.

But, in regard to the aforesaid notice, it appears that neither the A/D card nor any un-

served notice has been received by the concerned section till date.

However, it appears that the postal track consignment report regarding the above mentioned notice has been generated and tagged with the case record at Flag-’TC’ in Part- III file. Now, a perusal of the said postal tracking report reveals that notice in respect of the respondent No. 6 has been delivered on 15.10.2025.

In view of the observations made above, it may be said that service of notice upon the respondent No. 6 has been completed.

Accordingly, the matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Court.
