1. This criminal revision under S.397 read with S.401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been directed against the judgment and order dated 11.06.2018 of the Additional Sessions Judge of Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur in Crl. Appeal No.9(1) of 2017 affirming the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 23.12.2016 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge of Gomati Judicial District in case No. ST.18(GT / U) of 2015 convicting Md. Saddak Miah alias Sadek Miah (the petitioner herein) and sentencing him to RI for 6 months for each of the offences punishable under S.279 and S.337 of the Indian Penal Code( IPC hereunder) and RI for 2 years for offence punishable under S.304 - A, directing that the sentences would run concurrently.
