Later on, Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the appellant has entered appearance. Mr. Das submits that steps upon respondent No. 3 has been completed.

Accordingly, taking note of the submission of Mr. Das, it is provided that the learned counsel for the appellant shall take fresh steps upon the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 by a registered post/speed post with A/D and also by usual process, within a week from today.
