2. By an order dated 21.12.2025, this Court deemed it appropriate to call for the LCR before passing any orders in the case. Accordingly, notice of motion was not issued in the matter.

3. The records of the Tribunal have been received. As the matter pertains to the year 2019 and the writ petition was filed on 04.04.2019, with the consent of all sides, the matter has been heard after issuance of rule, made returnable forthwith, without requiring any further steps to be taken.
