ORDER

Date : 18.12.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

Learned counsel Ms. T. Wapangla appears on behalf of the petitioner. Heard.

Perused the records.

A careful perusal of the recent office note dated 17.12.2025 reveals that the notice in respect of the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 was issued through speed post on 20.11.2025.

Now, in respect to the notice mentioned above, it has been observed as follows:–

(i) In respect of the notice issued to the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6, it appears that neither the A/D cards nor any un-served notices have been received by the Registry.

However, it has been observed that the concerned section has generated the postal track consignment reports regarding the said notice and annexed the same with the case record at Flag-‘B1’ to ‘B6’, perusal of which reveals that notice in respect of the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 has been delivered on the dates mentioned below:–

On 24.11.2025:– Notice has been delivered to the respondent No. 6.

On 25.11.2025:– Notice has been delivered to the respondent Nos. 2 & 5. On 26.11.2025:– Notice has been delivered to the respondent Nos. 1 & 3.

In view of the observations made above, it may be presumed that service in respect of the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 has been completed.

(ii) In respect of the respondent No. 4, it appears that the notice issued to the said respondent has been received un-served with an illegible postal remark. As such, the exact reason for such return could not be ascertained.

In view of the above, the petitioner is afforded 7 (seven) days time to take necessary steps for obtaining instructions regarding the address of respondent No. 4 and the said details are directed to be furnished before the Next Lawazima Court Let the matter be listed before the Lawazima Court again on 6th of January, 2026.
