1. Heard Ms. S. Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondents, who prays for some time to file written gist of argument, as directed by this court, in its earlier order dated

2. She submits that the respondents are unable to file the written gist as the engaged counsel for the respondents is out of station. Though Mr. R. Ali, the learned counsel for the petitioner has objected to the prayer for adjournment, however, since a very short adjournment has been prayed for, same is allowed.
