ORDER

Date : 11-12-2025 On the prayer of learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 7 to 12, Registry to list this matter again on 15-12-2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners on the last date of filing of the application in pursuance to the advertisement in question did not complete the 06 (six) months RCC training course and accordingly, they were ineligible for applying in pursuance to the advertisement in question. He submits that the private respondents inspite of the said position had applied for recruitment and were also selected in the selection process. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 7 to 12 shall on the next date of listing apprise this Court with regard to the requirement of the advertisement and if they had satisfied such eligibility criteria as set out in the advertisement before the last date of submission of the applications.

Registry to list this matter again on 15-12-2025 for further hearing.
