ORDER

Date : 02.12.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the instant case record reveals that the previous Lawazima Court vide its order dated 01.08.2024 had directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 3 & 4, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said order.

However, a perusal of the recent office note dated 27.11.2025 reveals that the petitioner has not yet taken any steps for service of notice upon the aforementioned respondents, despite being directed to that effect.

In view of the above, the petitioner is hereby directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 by way of speed post mode, in terms of the Notification No. 85 dated 15th October, 2025 (at Flag-‘N’). The said steps shall be taken within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said order.

Further, the petitioner is also directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 by way of dasti mode, as prescribed by the Hon’ble Court’s order dated 08.06.2016.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 20th of January, 2026.
