Heard Ms. S. Z. Hayat, learned counsel appearing for the accused

applicant and Mr. K. K. Das, learned Addl. PP for the State of Assam.

2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for bail of the accused applicant in connection with NDPS Case No. 55/2025 corresponding to Dholai P.S. Case No. 78/2025 presently pending

before the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Cachar, Silchar.
