2. By invoking the provisions of Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 the accused petitioner Swapan Malakar is seeking regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 27/2021 corresponding to NCB Crime No.17/2020 under Section 8(C) of NDPS Act, R/W. Section 20(b)(ii)(c)/29 of NDPS Act, 1985, pending before the Court of learned District & Sessions (Special Judge), Kamrup (M).
