Heard Mr. N.N.B. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. S. C. Keyal, learned Standing Counsel, NCB,

representing the respondent.

2. The instant application has been filed, under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, for granting bail to the accused-applicant, who was arrested on 23.06.2025, in connection with NCB Guwahati Crime No. 07/2025, registered under Section 8(c)

read with Section 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. The gist of the allegation as could be seen from the application is that, on 23.06.2025, the officials of NCB, Guwahati Zonal Unit had arrested one Guriya Devi and Manju Devi and seize
