1. Heard Mr. H. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Apprehending arrest in connection with CID P.S. Case No.11/2025 under Sections 61(2)/319(2)/318(4) of the BNS, 2023, the petitioner namely, Sri Angelus Baxla has filed this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023.

3. The present petitioner was granted interim pre-arrest bail on 10.07.2025, pursuant to which he appeared before the I.O and his statement has been recorded, which is confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State

4. Case diary has been received.

5. The investigation has progressed sufficiently, as reflected in the voluminous case diary.

6. I have perused the relevant portions of the same with the assistance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

7. Considering the progress of investigation and the co- operation rendered by the petitioner, I do not deem it necessary to cancel the interim bail and accordingly, the same is made absolute subject to the condition that –

i) He shall co-operate with the investigation;

ii) He shall be available for trial, if one commences

8. Return back the case diary.

9. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of JUDGE Comparing Assistant
