2. This application, under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, is preferred by the accused Prabhu Shankar Tiwari, who has been languishing in jail

hajot, in connection with NDPS Case No. 49/2022, pending before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, arising out of NCB Guwahati Crime No. 25/2021, registered under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, for grant of bail.
