1. This appeal is directed challenging the judgment and order of sentence and conviction dated 20.07.2023 delivered by Learned Special Judge (POCSO), West Tripura, Agartala in connection with Case No. Special (POCSO) 43 of 2021. By the said judgment, Learned Special Judge found the appellant to be guilty and convicted and sentence him to suffer simple imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.20,000/- for the offence punishable under S.8 of the POCSO Act , in default of payment of fine, the convict shall suffer simple imprisonment for further one month and to suffer simple imprisonment for six months and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- for the offence punishable under S.448 of IPC , in default of payment of fine, the convict shall suffer simple impr
