Heard Mr. A Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms.

N Phukan, learned standing counsel, Department of Elementary Education, Assam appearing for Opposite Party Nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Ms. A Sarma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B Chakravarty, learned standing counsel, Accountant General, Assam i.e. respondent No. 6. None appears for the other opposite parties.

2. The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted by the writ petitioner praying for impleading the “Director, Department of Elementary Education, Assam” and the “District Elementary Education Officer, Tezpur, Sonitpur”, as party respondents in the connected Writ Petition. It is submitted that while filing the Writ Petition, inadvertently, the said authorities were not incorporated as party respondents in the Writ Petition. 3. The prayer made by the applicant in the present Writ Petition is not objected to by the learned counsel for the parties.

4. In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to incorporate the following authorities as party respondents Nos. 9 & 10 in the connected Writ Petition in the following manner :

“9. The Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.

10. The District Elementary Education Officer, Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam-784001”.

5. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
