Heard Mr. G. Chamuah, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M P Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent.

2. This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused petitioner in connection Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

3. It is submitted by Mr. Chamuah that the present accused/petitioner is innocent and she is no way connected in the alleged offence. Neither she is involved in the kidnapping of the informant/victim nor any money has been transferred in that regard in her account.
