Date : 06.04.2026
Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Perused the records.
Perusal of the recent office note dated 02.04.2026 reveals that notice was issued to the
respondent No. 2 by way of registered post with A/D mode as well as by usual process mode
on 24.03 .2021 & 26.03.2021 respectively.
Now, in respect of the said notices issued to the respondent No. 2, this Lawazima Court
has observed as follows:–
(i) The process server’s report in regard to the notice issued through usual process has
not been received by the registry till date.
(ii) Similarly, neither the A/D card nor any un-served notice has been received in
respect of the notice issued through registered post with A/D. Moreover, it appears that the postal tracking details regarding the said notice are also not available at the Indian Post
