Perusal of the recent office note dated 02.04.2026 reveals that notice was issued to the respondent No. 2 by way of registered post with A/D mode as well as by usual process mode on 24.03 .2021 & 26.03.2021 respectively.

Now, in respect of the said notices issued to the respondent No. 2, this Lawazima Court has observed as follows:–
