ORDER

Date : 01.04.2026 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the office note dated 25.02.2026 reveals that the petitioners took fresh steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 through registered post with A/D on

10.09.2025.

However, in the said office note, the concerned section stated that notices could not be issued to the respondents due to shortage of necessary postal stamps and discrepancies in the addresses provided on the submitted envelopes.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the concerned section within 7 (seven) days from today and take necessary steps for furnishing requisite postal stamps and make necessary correction in the addresses, so that notice can be issued to the respondent Nos. 4 & 5.

Further, the concerned section is also directed to convey the said discrepancies to the petitioners or their learned counsel via phone/ email.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 05.05.2026.
