Heard Mr. KN Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. T
Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this application, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the
petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities, more
particularly, respondent Nos. 2 & 5 to issue the D.EL.Ed(ODL) mark sheet-cum-
certificate in favour of the petitioner by correcting her name as “Nusrat Parveen
Ali” instead of “Nursat Parveen Ali” and that the name of the school was also
incorrectly shown in the said certificate and a prayer is made to correct the
name of the said School too, wherein the name of the School was shown as
“OIL Vally Girls’ & Boys’ School” whereas the name of the School ought to have
been “OIL Valley Girls’ & Boys’ School”.
The petitioner also states that in the meantime, she got appointment in
the Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC, Nazira and it was informed to her that unless her
certificate is corrected or a new certificate is issued, her services will not be
confirmed in the said School.
Issue notice of motion, returnable by 3 (three) weeks.
Mr. B Gogoi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.
2, 3 & 5, Ms. P Das, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.
1 while Mr. R Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. RS Choudhury,
learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 4. Notice is
therefore, complete.
Petitioner to serve requisite extra copies of the writ petition to the counsel
appearing for the respondents today within 2 (two) days.

Heard on the interim prayer.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is as such directed that the
respondent No. 4 will not terminate the services of the petitioner and a status-
quo shall be maintained till the next date of listing.
