At the outset, the Senior counsel has submitted that irrespective of the

outcome of this case pertaining to the impugned opinion, there would be

available for the petitioner to take the aid of the CAA. He, accordingly,

prays for some time to obtain instructions in this regard.

Considering the aforesaid submission and also the fact that this writ petition

is pending since 2019, a slight accommodation is granted to enable seeking

of instructions with a further direction to list this matter on 26.05.2026.
