Perused the records.

A perusal of the case record reveals that this matter was previously listed before the Lawazima Court on 31.07.2025. On that date, it was observed that notices had been issued to Respondent No. 1 by registered post with A/D and through the Officer-in-Charge, Naharkatia Police Station.
