ORDER

1. Heard Mr. S. D. Purkayastha, the learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. D. Nath, the learned Senior Counsel for all the respondents.

2. This appeal under Section 74 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 read with Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the appellants, impugning the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2026, passed by the Court of learned Additional District & Session Judge, Amingaon, Kamrup in L. A. Reference Case No. 02/2024 in L. A. Case No. 7/2022, whereby the prayer for enhancement of compensation awarded to the present appellants was rejected.

3. Issue notice to the respondents.

4. Since, Mr. D. Nath has already appeared for all the respondents, no formal notice need to be issued.

5. Let the records of L. A. Reference Case No. 01/2024 along with the connected records be called for from the Court of learned Additional District & Session Judge, Amingaon, Kamrup.

6. The Registry to take steps for requisitioning the records.

7. Let this matter be listed on 01.06.2026.
