ORDER

Heard Mr. N. H. Mazarbhuiyan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

This is an application for passing an order for recovery and return of the amount of compensation illegally awarded to the respondent/opposite party No. 4 and deposit the same in the Court of District Judge, Cachar, Silchar, the concerned authority under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for proper adjudication of appointment of the awarded compensation amongst the co-shares of the land acquired by District Judge, Cachar, Silchar.

Issue notice, returnable on 18.05.2026.

Mr. N. Das, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1.

Applicant shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 4 by speed post within 3 (three) working days from today.

Extra copies shall be furnished to the learned counsels for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 within 3 (three) working days from today.

List accordingly.
