This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying for quashment of the criminal proceedings of G.R. Case No.102/2024 under Section 336/323/427/506/34 IPC on the basis of settlement between the parties.
Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor enters appearance on behalf of the State.
Call for the scanned copy of the trial court record of G.R. Case No.102/2024 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Naharlagun at Yupia.
