This joint application is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashment of G.R. Case No.241/2023 under Section 447/448/427/458/326/435/34 IPC, pending disposal before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yupia, on the basis of the settlement between the parties.
Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor enters appearance on behalf of the State.
Call for the scanned copy of the trial court record from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yupia.
Pending receipt of scanned copy of trial court record, further proceedings of G.R. Case No.241/2023 under Section 447/448/427/458/326/435/34 IPC pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yupia shall remain suspended.
