This is a joint application filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for quashment of the Niti Vihar Police Station Case No. 132/2019, under Sections 448/435/380/34 Indian Penal Code, corresponding to G. R. Case No. 358/2019, on the basis of settlement between the parties.
Issue notice, returnable by 4 (four) weeks.
