Heard Mr. N. Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. N. J. Khataniar, the learned Standing Counsel for the Secondary Education Department; Mr. A. K. Sharma, the learned counsel for the Director of Pension, representing respondent No. 4; Ms. A. Sharma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Chakraborty, the learned counsel for the Accountant General;
and Ms. R. M. Baruah, the learned counsel for the Finance Department.
2. The learned counsel for the Pension Department states that he may be allowed some time to get the instructions as to why the regular pension is not being paid to the petitioner and has accordingly prayed for some time.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. An endeavour shall be made on the next date fixed for disposal of the present case.
