ORDER

1. The present Note for Speaking to Minutes is filed seeking correction in paras:3 and 4 of the order dated 23.05.2024 passed by this Court.

2. Having gone through the order dated 23.05.2024 and the contents of the Note for Speaking to Minutes, it appears that through oversight, in para:3 instead of the sentence “… Section 138 of the NI Act by the complainant against the present applicant…..” it is transcribed as “… Section 138 of the NI Act against Modification of Order dtd.

23/05/2024 in R/CR.MA/9442/2024 R/CR.MA/9442/2024 ORDER DATED: 24/05/2024 the complainant by the present applicant…..” and in in para:4, instead of sentence ‘… Section 138 of the NI Act by the complainant….’ the sentence is transcribed as ‘…Section 138 of the NI Act against the complainant...’. Accordingly, this Note for Speaking to Minutes is allowed. Necessary corrections be made accordingly. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
