1. This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:

(A) That Your Lordships be pleased to issue an order, direction and/or writ in the nature of certiorary and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 3-6-2023 marked ANN.B, well the as Appellate order Authority passed by dated as the 4-5-2024 marked ANN.D, being illegal, perverse and against the provisions of Payment of Gratuity Act and be pleased to direct the respondent to pay the gratuity amount as per the application filed by petitioner being Form.N on 21-7-2022;
(B) That Your Lordships be further pleased to direct the respondent to deposit the amount of Rs.44,265/- with 10% simple interest before this Hon’ble Court;
(C) Any other and such further relief as the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
