This application is filed by the applicant for suspension of sentence in connection with the conviction recorded vide judgment and order dated 25/07/2023 by the learned Special Judge, (POCSO) & 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Surat in Special (POCSO) Case No. 264 of 2021 whereby, the applicant was convicted for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 354(a)(1)(1) and 354(d)(a)(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced rigorous imprisonment for five years and fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default simple imprisonment for three months for the offence under Section 363 of the IPC, rigorous imprisonment for ten years and fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default simple imprisonment for twelve months months for the offence under Section 366 of the IPC, rigorous imprisonment for three years and fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default simple imprisonment for three months for the offence under Section 354(a)(1)(1) of the IPC, rigorous imprisonment for five years and fine of Rs.7,000/- and in default simple imprisonment for six months for the offence un
