ORAL ORDER

1. The present petition is filed for seeking the following reliefs:

“(A) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus / certiorari or a writ in the nature of mandamus / certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing and setting aside impugned judgment and order dated 22.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Tharad in Regular Civil Suit No. 50 of 2015 (at ANNEXURE-E hereto) and further be pleased to restore Regular Civil Suit no. 50 of 2015 and further be pleased to direct expeditious hearing of the Regular Civil Suit No. 50 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge, Tharad;

(B) During the pendency and final disposal of the present petition YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to stay further operation, implementation and execution of impugned order dated 22.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Tharad in Regular Civil Suit No. 50 of 2015 (at ANNEXURE-E hereto) and further be pleased to direct the respondents herein maintain status-quo property in question;

with regard to to the (C) Pass any such other and/or further orders that may be thought just and proper, in the facts and case;”
