ORAL ORDER
1. The present petition is filed by the original plaintiff being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 6 th April, 2023 passed below Exh.132 in Family Suit no.228 of 2018 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nadiad, District Kheda. By the said impugned order, the learned Judge, Family Court has refused to exhibit the documents produced at Mark-21/5 to 21/10, Mark-78/4 and Mark-40/1 and 40/2 based on the deposition of witness at Exh.75.
2. Before entering into the merits of the case, it would be appropriate to look into the facts as highlighted by the learned advocate for the petitioner.
2.1 On 13 th August, 2012, the petitioner got married with the respondent no.1 at Bhavnagar as per the rights and rituals of the Hindu marriage customs. On 15 th March, 2015 out of their wedlock, a daughter named “Dhyani” was born. Initially, the petitioner and the respondent had started residing at Mumbai, as the petitioner had joined the company based at Mumbai. Their relations become strained due to illicit relations between respondent no.1 and respondent no.2.
