1. This application is filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R. No.I-11202008210214 of 2021 with JAMNAGAR CITY ‘A’ DIVISION POLICE STATION, DISTRICT- JAMNAGAR for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 507, 114, 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code, Section-25(1), 25(1-b)(a) of the Arms Act and Section-135(1) of the Gujarat Police Act.

2. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.

3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State has opposed grant of regular bail looking to the nature and gravity of the offence.

4. Learned APP has further submitted that the applicant is a member of team constituted by the accused No.1, who is notorious gangster and as the applicant is one of the member of the team, his role in so far as accompanying the shooter has come on record.
