1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

“A. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or directions, directing Respondents to release the empty containers of Petitioner as mentioned in paragraph 6, to Petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

B. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order against Respondents No.1-4 not to charge any ground rent, storage, handling or related charges from the Petitioners while releasing the empty containers to the Petitioner.

C. Any other appropriate writ, or order of direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, may also be issued.

D.The cost of the petition may kindly be awarded in favour of the Petitioners.”

2. The petitioner is a private limited company engaged in the business of providing international shipping and logistics services acting as Indian Delivery Agent / Freight Forwarder M/s. Nauka Lines Pte Limited.
