1. Heard learned advocates for the parties. .

By way of this application, the petitioner has prayed to suspend the sentence imposed vide order dated 01.11.2021 passed by the learned Additional CJM, Vadodara in Criminal Case No.45918 of 2008 (old case No.8630 of 2008) and confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara in Criminal Appeal No.323 of 2023 dated 12.04.2024 and grant regular bail.
