IA ORDER

1. By way of the present application under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 , the applicant - accused is seeking suspension of sentence and release on regular bail during pendency of the present appeal against the judgment and order of conviction dated 03.10.2022 passed in Sessions Case No. 27 of 2021 by the learned Sessions Judge, Amreli, whereby, the present applicant - accused was sentenced to ten years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 15,000/- and in default, 20 days simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC , five years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 5,000/- and in default, 15 days simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 325 of the IPC , three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 3,000/- and in default, 10 days simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the IPC , one year simple imprisonment and fine of Rs. 1,000/- and in default, 5 days simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the IPC , six months simple imprisonment and fine of Rs. 500/- and in default, 5 days simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 143
