1 Heard Mr. Shivgar P.Gosai, learned Counsel for the appellants.

2. Challenge in this appeal is to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 14.3.2023. By the aforesaid petition, what is evident is that it is the prayer of the petitioners- association in respect of the revision of pay-scale and a request for putting them in higher pay scale than that of the Executive Engineer as per the 5th Pay Commission and the 6th Pay commission.

3. Mr. Gosai, learned Counsel for the appellants-association would submit that admittedly when, the Superintending Engineers of the State were performing the duties of similar nature as compared to that of the Central Government, they are entitled to a parity in pay.

4. Perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge under challenge would indicate that considering the prayers made in this petition, the learned Single Judge has observed that the very same petitioners had raised the same contentions as raised in the present petition in Special Civil Application No.1779 of 2012.
