ORAL ORDER

1. Heard Learned advocate Mr. Tattvam K. Patel for the petitioners and learned AGP Mr. J.K Shah for the respondents State.

2. By way of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the action on the part of the respondents of expanding the scope of notice issued to the petitioners under Section 84 C of the Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act , more particularly inspite of order of this Court staying such notice.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate Mr. Patel and having perused the documents on record, it would primafacie appear to this Court that the petitioners had been served upon with a notice dated 12.2.2024 with regard to tenancy case No. 84 C/AHD/7/2024 as regards initiating proceedings under Section 84 C with regard to lands bearing survey No. 794/3/1, 794/1 and 792 situated at village Makarba Taluka Vejalpur District Ahmedabad. It also appears that the petitioners have challenged the same before this Court by preferring Special Civil Application No. 3814 of 2025 and whereas vide order dated 24.3.2025, this Court had interalia directed that the Mamlatdar & ALT Vejalpur shall not proceed further in so far as the said tenancy case was concer
