ORAL ORDER

1. The instant petition is filed with the following prayers :

“(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing and setting aside impugned order dated 06.01.2014 passed by learned Principal Civil Judge, Dhansura below Exh.39 in Regular Civil Suit No.66 of 2012 (at Annexure-F hereto) and further be pleased to allow the consent terms below Exh.39 moved in Regular Civil Suit No.66/12 (at Annexure-E hereto);

(B) During the pendency and final disposal of the present petition Your Lordships may be pleased to allow the consent terms below Exh.39 moved in Regular Civil Suit No. 66/12 (at Annexure-E hereto) and further be pleased to maintain status-

quo with respect to the suit property in question;”

2. The brief facts of the case are as under.

2.1 The petitioner has preferred Regular Civil Suit No. 66 of 2012 seeking declaration that he is the owner of suit land bearing Revenue Survey No.2, 5 and 6 admeasuring 15 Gunthas at village Chogamda, Taluka Dhansura as his father purchased the same from the ancestor of the defendants on 28.04.1948.
