ORAL ORDER

1. The Applicant has filed this Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlarging the Applicant on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being C.R. being NCB Case No. NCB/AZU/CR-01/2024 before the District and Sessions Court at Surat for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (A), 22(c), 27(a) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 ("NDPS").

2. Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr.R.R.Marshal appearing with learned Advocate Mr. Daifraz Havewalla for the Applicant, learned APP Mr. Soham Joshi for the Respondent – State and learned Advocate Mr. Kartik V. Pandya appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 - Narcotics Control Bureau ("NCB").

3. Learned Advocate for the Applicant has submitted that the in the present offence the investigation is over and charge sheet is filed. The Applicant has been arrested in connection with the present offence on 2.2.2024 and since then the Applicant is in custody. He submitted that; as per the case of prosecution itself, the NCB had received some secret information and, on the basis of the said secret information, a raid was carried out by the officers of the NCB, and
