(1) This is a wholly misconceived application seeking for leave to appeal in order to challenge the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby while disposing of the Special Civil Application No.13512 of 2019 with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties, the order passed by the Special Secretary, Revenue Department (SSRD) dated 22.03.2017 has been set aside and the matter is remanded for fresh adjudication with the further observations that the original petitioners have liberty to file civil application for impleadment in the proceedings before the SSRD.

(2) The applicant herein, seeking to press the leave to appeal application, would submit that he is the purchaser of the land in question by virtue of the registered sale deed dated 30.06.2019.
