ORAL ORDER
1. The present Special Civil Application is filed praying for the following reliefs :-
“(A) Your Lordship will be pleased to admit this petition.
(B) Your Lordship will be pleased to allow this petition by issuing a writ of mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus declaring that the common order dated 24.01.2024 passed by the respondent No.3 Black Listing the petitioner firm along with 110 other agencies for indefinite period and thereby debarring the petitioner firm from participating the tenders to be floated in future by the respondents, produced at Annexure-A to this petition, is illegal and in violation of Constitution of India , 1950 and therefore the said order may kindly be ordered to be quashed and set aside.
(C) Your Lordship will be pleased to allow this petition by issuing a writ of mandamus or a writ, order or dire
