1.Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr.Dhaval Dave with learned advocate Mr.Udit Vyas for the petitioners, learned Additional Solicitor General Mr.Devang Vyas with learned advocate Mr.Harsheel Shukla for respondent nos. 1 to
3. 2.Having regard to the controversy arising in this petition which is in a narrow compass and considering the urgency involved in the matter pertaining to the admission of the students, the petitions are taken up for hearing and are being disposed of by this common order. The issues involved in all these petitions are similar and therefore, they were heard analogously.
3.Issue Rule returnable forthwith, learned advocate Mr.Harsheel Shukla waives service of notice of rule for respondent no.1 to 3. Learned advocate Mr.K.M.Antani waives service of notice of rule on for respondent no.4. 4.For the sake of convenience, the facts are recorded from the Special Civil Application No.21707 of 2022 treating it as a lead matter.
