2. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that in the order dated 23.04.2024 passed by this Court below Speaking to Minutes in Civil Application (For Stay) No.1 of 2024 in First Appeal No.1523 of 2024, some error has crept in bold portion below paragraph no.3 to the effect of serving notice through concerned police station upon opponent nos.1 to 3.

3. Hence the same is rectified and it is clarified that the order dated 23.04.2024 passed below Speaking to Minutes in Civil Application (For Stay) No.1 of 2024 in First Appeal No.1523 of 2024, bold portion below paragraph no.3 to the effect of serving notice through police station upon opponent nos.1 to 3, now be substituted and reads as under:

“Notice to be served through concerned police station upon opponent nos.2 to 4 is permitted.

Direct service today is permitted.”

4. Rest of the order shall remain unaltered. In view of the above substitution and clarification, the note for speaking to minutes is disposed of. Registry to issue fresh writ accordingly.

and returnable date have been left out. 3. The factum of issuing of Rule and returnable date do not find mention below Civil Application in the order dated 09.04.2024 passed in First Appeal No.1523 of 2024 with Civil Application (For Stay) No.1 of 2024. Hence the same is rectified and it is clarified that the order passed under caption ‘Order in Civil Application’ now be substituted and reads as under:

“Rule returnable on 08.05.2024.

Relief in terms of paragraph 3(A) is granted. Notice to be served through concerned police station upon opponent nos.1 to 3 is permitted.

Direct service qua opponent nos.4 and 5 through R.P.A.D. at the cost of the applicant is permitted.
