ORAL ORDER

1. This group of applications is filed under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code against order of grant of bail by the Sessions Court. All the applications are based on identical facts and raise similar issues and hence, with consent of learned Advocates for the parties, are taken up for joint hearing and disposal.

2. At the outset, it appears to be a case of valuable land, wherein 6 FIRs were filed, details of which are set out in tabular form as under:-

2.1 The present applications are filed for cancellation of bail in connection with the aforesaid FIRs. Some of the applications are filed by the victim /complainants whereas some are filed by the State represented through the District Registrar.

3. Learned Senior Advocate Mr.Yatin Oza for the respondents-accused has brought to the notice of this Court the subsequent development as the civil litigation had reached till the stage of the Apex Court and before the Apex Court, the respondents-accused have filed affidavit, relinquishing rights of the family members as well as respondents from the land in dispute in respective litigation. With consent of the learned Advocates for the contesting parties, learned Senior Advocate has placed on record copy of such affidavit filed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.10896 of 2018 and allied matters, which fact is not disputed by other side. Similarly, in First Appeal No.1827 of 2021 also, declaration-cum-affidavit is filed by the respondent and family members on the same line, to which also, there is no dispute.

Accordingly, subject suit in respective land dispute would stand withdrawn.
