ORDER

1. The present bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the applicant for regular bail in connection with an FIR being C.R.No. 11821005220325 of 2022 registered with Devgadhbaria Police Station, District Dahod for offence punishable under Sections 11 (1)(a), 11(1)(d), 11(1)(f) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections 5(1)(1A), 6(A)(1), 8(4) and 6(B)(1) of the Gujarat Animal Preservation (Amendment) Act, 2017 and Sections 429 and 114 of the IPC and Sections 119 and 135 of the Gujarat Police Act .

2. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that considering the nature of allegations, role attributed to the applicant, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions. That, other co accused namely Hussainbhai Ghanchi has been released on bail by coordinate bench of this court in CRMA No. 19922 of 2022, and thus, on the ground of parity, the applicant may be released on regular bail. That, during the pendency of this application, investigation of the present offence has been completed and the investigating officer has filed charge sheet against the present applicant and therefore,
