ORDER
1. The applicant herein has impugned the judgment and order dated 12.04.2022 passed by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Vadodara in Regular Civil Appeal No.22 of 2011 whereby the judgment and order dated 27.12.2010 passed by the learned Additional Judge, Small Cause Court, Vadodara in Rent Suit No.89 of 1988 has been confirmed.
2. The brief facts leading to filing of the present Civil Revision Application are as under :-
2.1 The respondents landlords are the co-owners of the property situated on Mahatma Gandhi Road, Opp. Karoliya Pole, Vadodara bearing Municipal Census No.A/4/283. It is the case of the respondents landlords that the applicant tenant herein had taken the first floor of the property on rent except the ladder portion from the respondents on 15.06.1984 for a period of one year on a rent of Rs.800/- per month. The applicant tenant was doing the business of beauty parlor. As per the rent agreement, the applicant tenant was also liable to pay the light bill, education cess and corporation taxes over and above the rent directly.
